- Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written. Apartment leasing, sales, customer service or marketing experience. Yardi experience. Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel. Knowledge of personal computers, Internet applications, and accounting and property management software, printers, telephones, fax machine, photocopier.
- Summary:
- Under the direction of the Property Manager, Assistant Property Manager and Leasing Manager, the Leasing Consultant is responsible for maximizing occupancy by generating qualified traffic by networking within the local community, scheduling, appointments, securing rentals, promoting resident retention, and providing or coordinating exceptional customer service. The Leasing Consultant participates in Van Metre's Mission.
